From perfectly grilled favorites to the welcoming presence he brought into the kitchen every day, Bob left a lasting mark on our team and our community. As we celebrate his well-earned retirement, we’re also excited to step into a new chapter. We’re proud to welcome Chef Victor to our kitchen. With 25 years of culinary experience and a deep passion for grilling and quality cooking, Victor brings both fresh energy and seasoned expertise to the role. He shares the same dedication to excellence that Bob championed, and he’s committed to honoring that legacy while continuing to elevate the flavors you’ve come to expect. While faces may change, our commitment remains the same—serving great food, made with care, in a place that feels like home.
